Billy Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Lynda Glover, and his daughter, Joe Lynn Glover, of Normangee, Texas. He is survived by his son, Jason Glover, and his wife, Brianne, of Bryan, Texas; his grandson, Tyler Jones, and his wife, Kaitlin, of Idaho; and his great‑grandchildren, McKinley and Hayden. He also leaves behind extended family, friends, and neighbors who cherished his presence and will continue to carry his memory forward.

A funeral service will be held at Cozart’s Funeral Home in Normangee, Texas, on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 am, followed by light refreshments. Friends and family who knew and cared for Billy Joe are warmly invited to attend and honor his life. He will be laid to rest at Ten Mile Cemetery in Madison County, where he will join his beloved wife, Lynda.
