IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lillian Estell
Holder
March 1, 1962 – February 19, 2026
Celebration of Life
First United Pentecostal Church
12:00 - 2:00 pm (Central time)
Lillian Estell Holder, affectionately known as "Lil," left this world and gained her wings on February 19, 2026, while at peace in Bryan, Texas. She was born on March 1, 1962, in Grand Prairie, Texas, and in her 63 years of life, she touched the hearts of many, earning the endearing nickname of "Granny" for her warmth and love for everyone she encountered.
Her journey began in a loving household, leading her to marry her devoted husband, Bobby Holder, with whom she shared 48 wonderful years. Together, they created a legacy filled with, love, and family. Lil is survived by her son, little Bobby Holder, and his wife Tasha, along with her daughter Amber and her husband Larry Douga, bonus daughter Nancy and her husband Jess Coffia. She cherished her role as a grandmother to 15 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life.
In addition to her immediate family, Lil shared a close bond with her sister Jimmie and her husband Doc Laperriere, as well as her brother Thomas Mandrell and his wife Margaret. Her family ties extended deep into her past, connecting her to her late parents, Thomas and Ann Mandrell, and her sister Sylvia Silver, who has also passed on.
As we gather to honor the life of Lil, we invite family and friends to join us for a Celebration of Life at the First United Pentecostal Church in Normangee, Texas, on February 28, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Lil’s spirit will undoubtedly live on through the countless memories and the love she spread, reminding us to cherish our family and friends as she did. Her legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
